You need to be cautious when dealing with Freemasonry on mainland Europe as many countries have multiple Grand Lodges. These Grand Lodges are not all practising the same form of Freemasonry as your own Grand Lodge. This, of course, is why we have a procedure of contacting foreign GLs through our own Grand Secretary.For example if you were a member of a Lodge under the UGLE you would be treading dangerous waters as that is NOT the Grand Lodge of Spain that recognised by the UGLE.
