Hi Brothers,

Could anyone provide information regarding the 'Pilgrim Preceptors'. They aren't in Beyond the Craft (though I know that, that book doesn't cover everything!). How do you become one, what is their story and does anyone here enjoy this particular side order?

Thanks,

Nosameerf

AFAIK this is yet another new Order which has been "discovered" or possibly a very old one which has been "reponed". It don't know of it exists outwith the UGLE Sphere of Masonic Influence.

Cheers Mike. I'm still fascinated by what appears to be an 'extension of Royal Arch.' If RA is now the completion of Craft, then PP must mean your overqualified. :hehe:

Thank you Chris, that is exactly want I wanted to know. You should write the next edition of Beyond the Craft! :)

Just one correction to the info on the Internet lodge site: the ritual deals with the 4th grand Lodge at Rome, not Jerusalem.

According to my info the ritual was written by a couple of actor Freemasons in the 1920s. I guess the former resident of a house on Blackheath discovered and resurrected it.

I find this fascinating. I have tried to research the order. I have a few years before I could be eligible to join.

It has been a while since this Order was written about so I thought I would update you (especially as my original post was erased when I was accidently deleted!)

The Order is slowly growing across the Country. I believe by the end of the year there will be 11 Conclaves including The Mayflower Conclave in The USA. There will be a new one in Leyland very soon another out of MMH and possibly another one in Sutton. Having now progressed to the Chair I can only say it is a very interesting Order. Whatever its history the story it talls and its precepts are really first class.

If any Brother has been Installed as Z in Chapter and is interested please feel free to contact me.

Londinium Conclave was Consecrated today at Mark Masons Hall by the GM and team of Installing Officers. A very happy occasion as you can imagine and brings the total Conclaves up to 11
