I had hoped to add this to the "Supreme Being" thread, but unfortunately that had already been locked.  So I will bring these wonderful books to your attention here - possibly the more appropriate place.

Not strictly speaking masonic, but definitely of masonic relevance, given the Charge and the Tracing Board Lecture, and I honestly believe no Companion having lived through 'that' moment can truly dispute the core of these "Conversations".

At heart, the "Conversations" identify that All That Is, is One.  Man, God, everything.  As above, so below.  The main obstacle to understanding and truly being that unity is perception driven by one of two root emotions: Love or Fear (or one of its many derivatives).  Fear divides; Love Unites.

In Love and Unity, as some would say.

Definitely worth a read.

S&F,

Cora
