whistler (10/02/2010) I Hope it goes well, the Local ref who supports the Concept hopes it will spread from the Super 14 to other matches, as an aside he said he hoped he would remember all the incidents he might be asked about
That's a really good point - I can't remember the score during a match I'm reffing, and as for what happened at a scrum on the other side of the pitch when I've just blown for a high tackle - scrum's gone by then, so after the match? Not a hope!:w00t:

Ah yes, Brian Moore - spent almost the entirety of Saturday's match criticising the ref, then in the last five minutes came out with "And I think the ref has had a really good game"I think they keep him on the commentary team simply for entertainment purposes, he doesn't add any insightfulness!

Alan Campbell (05/09/2009)
Just finished watching it dave and the aussies did really well to stop that losing streak of 6 on the trot. You think you have it bad mate, you should try watching Scotland. Are you watching Scotland today Alan... winning 18 - 6 against Wales .... not half time yet...

After the Super 14 Blues and Hurricanes match We had our first TV interview with the matches Ref Stuart Dickinson,
He explained the lead up to when Isaia Toeava was shown the yellow card , This was good for we fans and I suspect being publicly outed - will improve the behaviour of the players.

Looks like it could be "Wooden Spoon" time again for Scotland this year.

Yes Italy were the better team for most of the game although I am glad that England won in the end.

Well I have to say that the Scots were brilliant - my heart was in my mouth for the whole of the last 10 minutes
Can't understand why they didn't blast the ball out of play from the restart
